FOR CHAMBERS, BOARDS OF TRADE AND OWNER NETWORKS
One workflow, measured in dollars.
A working session for owners of Canadian companies of 50 to 500 people, run with your chamber, board of trade or owner network. Each owner brings one workflow and leaves with it mapped as it really runs, measured, and a straight answer on whether it is worth automating.

How it runs
Step 1
The talk
One workflow shown before and after, in dollars, and the sort order every step goes through: delete it, write a rule for it, use a model for it, or keep it with a person. No prices, no product.
Step 2
A short private check
Before the working session, each owner answers a few questions on their own. It ends with the workflow to bring and what to find out first: who does it, how many cases a month, how long each takes. Nothing they type is sent anywhere.
Step 3
The working session
Half a day, 10 to 15 owners. Each maps their workflow as it actually runs, sorts every step, puts numbers on it, and reaches a verdict with the people around them checking the reasoning.
Step 4
If you want it checked
Owners who want the numbers confirmed on their own systems can book the assessment: one workflow in one week, credited against a sprint if they go ahead. Nobody is followed up who did not ask.
What each owner leaves with
- One workflow, mapped as it runs today, not as the procedure says
- Every step sorted: delete, code, model or person
- Four numbers: cycle time, cost per case, the share of cases nobody has to fix, and hours per month
- A verdict they agree with: build, don't build, or a policy fix that needs no software at all
"Not worth automating" is a real answer, and the session gives it plainly.
Their numbers stay theirs
The worksheet owners use keeps everything on their own device. We don't collect the sheets, and what is said in the room stays in the room. If an owner later asks for the assessment, they decide what to share.
For hosts
We bring the content and run the session. You bring the room and the owners.
